1. Services Provided

Midwest Auto Detailing provides professional automotive detailing, cleaning, and restoration services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be requested through our website, chat widget, or by calling us directly.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms (Carrier Compliant)

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive communications from us (via our website forms, booking system, or chat widget), you explicitly consent to the following:

• Program Description: You agree to receive text messages from Midwest Auto Detailing regarding appointment reminders, service updates, post-job review requests, and occasional promotional offers or specials.

• Opt-Out (How to Stop): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been successfully unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, you can reply with the keyword HELP, or email us directly at contact@midwestautodetailing.com.

• Rates and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.

• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care of your vehicle, Midwest Auto Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle during the service. Please remove all valuables prior to your appointment.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
